Bradley G. Harper is a seasoned civil litigator with over 10 years of experience. He is a partner in the liability department at Powers McNalis Teebagy Luongo, Attorneys at Law. The practice focuses on all aspects of third party insurance defense litigation, including wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and automobile. Mr. Harper also handles section 1983 federal claims and appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Harper has achieved an AV Preeminent legal rating for his ethical standards and professional ability.
Bradley Harper has conducted extensive legal work in Civil Rights and Police Use of Force cases. Bradley Harper successfully defended a legal claim to the United States Supreme Court in a civil rights lawsuit arising from the events of a police arrest and in custody death that was filmed, in its entirety, by the television show COPS.
In 1999, Mr. Harper received his B.A. degree in Accounting from Morehouse College and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Florida in 2003.
Mr. Harper began his legal practice in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2003 and later joined Powers McNalis Torres Teebagy Luongo, Attorneys at Law in 2012.
Bradley Harper is the founder of The Blueprint Leadership program which identifies and encourages student leaders to actively participate in creating a culture of excellence in their schools and communities.
Mr. Harper is licensed to practice in Florida.
